Shipping Policy

1. General Information:

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount using your original payment method.
  • Multiple shipments may occur for a single order in certain cases, such as late stock arrivals after the initial dispatch, returns/exchanges, re-sending missing items, or goods requiring different storage conditions.
  • If changes occur after the order is placed (e.g., due to stock availability or returns), this may result in multiple postings on your monthly card statement.

2. Delivery Locations:

  • We currently deliver to PAN INDIA.
  • Same-day delivery: For orders within 10 km of our nearest outlets, we offer delivery within 2-4 hours, between 10 am and 5:30 pm, and charges as per actuals
  • Standard delivery: Shipments outside these areas may take 3-5 working days within India.
  • If the items are unavailable in-store, we will coordinate delivery from our warehouse.

3. Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery times are provided once your order is placed. These times are based on shipping rather than order placement and serve only as a guide.
  • We strive to fulfil orders within 2-4 hours (up to 10 km from our outlets). However, delivery times may vary due to demand, item availability, or daily order limits.
  • In rare cases, products may arrive in separate shipments.

4. Delivery Instructions:

  • You may provide special delivery instructions at checkout.

5. Delivery Issues:

  • For any delivery issues, especially in remote areas, contact Customer Care at email info@gnergy.co. We will arrange delivery within 24 hours once a complaint is registered.

6. Delivery Charges (PAN India):

  • Currently we are offering Free Shipping on all products.
  • 7. Damaged Items in Transport:

    • If you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service immediately and send a video of the damaged package without opening it, within 24 hours of delivery. We will not accept opened packages for return or refund.
